Adler and Manson is a personal injury law firm located in Kansas City, Missouri.
Their practice areas include car and truck accidents, back, neck and head injuries, burn cases, wrongful death, workers compensation, medical malpractice, defective products, and serious and catastrophic injuries.
The firm's mantra holds that there are three key ingredients to successfully litigating a case -- "preparation, preparation and preparation". Documenting properly all damage and injuries arising from any case is their primary strategy to this end.
Adler and Manson believe that proper preparation, meaning assuming that any case will go all the way to trial, will reap benefits even when the case is settled, the idea being that the defendant will offer a larger settlement when faced with a great deal of compelling evidence against them.
Adler and Manson has handled over one thousand auto accident cases, a fact which they feel gives them a breadth of experience which covers almost any set of circumstances around potential clients' claims. They work to secure evidence quickly such as damaged vehicles and witness reports in order to be best prepared.
Adler and Manson take great care to refer clients to physicians who are familiar with head, neck and back injuries, as these injuries may take time to become fully apparent, in addition to being serious and debilitating. Other area attorneys regularly refer workers'compensation cases to Adler and Manson, due to their experience and success in dealing with these cases.
Jim Adler is a St. Louis native. He took his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1974. Jim was a University Scholar and made the Dean's List. His Juris Doctorate is from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1978.
