He is authorized to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Jim has hung his own shingle for 32 years, the last 15 with his current partner Bill Manson. Bill Manson did his undergraduate work at the University of Missouri-Columbia. His Juris Doctorate is from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Like his partner, Bill holds the highest legal rating (AV) from Martindale Hubbell. Bill was a star at Polsinelli, White, Vardeman Shalton, one of Kansas City's largest law firms, in the area of mergers and acquisitions. From 1986 through 1989, he completed multi-million dollar deals in the firm's Corporate Law department. Bill went out on his own in 1989, and formed ADLER MANSON with Jim Adler in 1995. He played in a Kansas City men's league until an injury forced him to stop in 2002. Bill coaches his son's hockey team.
