James A. Cada is a farm raised Nebraskan. His B.S., his M.A., and his Juris Doctorate are all from the University of Nebraska. He worked as a prosecutor in the Lincoln City Attorney's office after graduating from law school.

He is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He also taught as an assistant professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Judy A. Cada is also a Nebraska native. She holds degrees in both Nursing and Law. Her Juris Doctorate was earned in 1983 after receiving her legal education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

She is admitted to practice in the State of Nebraska and litigates in the State Courts. Before practicing law, Mrs. Cada worked as a registered nurse with Bryan Memorial Hospital.

She also taught nursing at the University of Nebraska's College of Nursing. This medical background and training allows Mrs. Cada to focus exclusively on personal injury and medical malpractice.


Edward Hoffman is admitted to both the California and Nebraska bars, and is licensed to practice before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
