Founding member of the firm attorney Edward F. Wallace received his legal education from the Suffolk University Law School in the year 1978 and is currently admitted to practice law before all of the courts throughout the states of New Hampshire and Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the Districts of New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and also the Supreme Court of the United States. A qualified mediator for more than 10 years, Mr. Wallace has sat as a conciliator in the Superior Courts of Massachusetts and is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America. Mr. Wallace is also a certified advocate by the National College of Advocacy. Also on staff at the firm is attorney Laura Sheppard who received her education from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover before being admitted to the Massachusetts Bar Association in 1996 and the New Hampshire Bar Association two years later. In addition to being a qualified attorney with more than 12 years of experience, Ms. Sheppard is also a trained mediator who was certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Committee for Public Counsel Services to represent clients with mental health issues. Attorney Laura Sheppard is able to practice law before all of the courts in the states of New Hampshire and Massachusetts, as well as the United States District Court for the Districts of both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
