Son of founding partner Richard J. Levinson began his career with the firm back in 1954 after graduating from Columbia Law School and Wesleyan University.
After being admitted to the New Jersey Bar Association in 1956, Mr. Levinson has practiced all facets of personal injury law working on behalf of the plaintiff and has currently represented more than 300 injured clients in his illustrious career.
Mr. Levinson is widely involved in the community and in legal circles and has been a member of The New Jersey Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and was past president of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association.
Since certification began in 1984, Mr. Levinson has also been a certified trial lawyer until the year 2007 when he won the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers' Honorable Herman J. Breitkopf Award.
Founding partner Robert J. Axelrod passed away in January of 2000 but his lasting legacy continues to live on at the firm through the dedication and tireless efforts of the firm's attorneys on behalf of the injured.
Partner David T. Wheaton received his education from Brown Universtiy and Georgetown Law School and joined Levinson Axelrod back in 1968. Mr. Wheaton was designated as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court in the state of New Jersey in 1982 and has successfully argued many cases before the Supreme Court.
