Attorney James M. Terry joined the Ross Law Group in 2005 and received his education from St. Edwards University and St. Mary's University School of Law.

Mr. Terry's law practice is focused on matters regarding personal injuries and insurance bad faith claims as well as civil and business litigation. Fellow attorney Kell A. Simon graduated from St. John's College and New York University School of Law before joining the firm in 2007.

Mr. Simon is licensed to practice law in the states of Alabama, Michigan, and Texas.

Attorney Charles Scalise received his education from Truman State University and Iowa College of Law. Mr. Scalise devotes his practice to civil litigation as well as employee and employer related cases. Also on staff are a number of experienced legal assistants who work closely with the attorneys at the firm to ensure the utmost in client satisfaction.
